I am a medium who now lives in Cheshire, however, as you can see from my website, my birth town is Colne, Lancashire.
Colne and surrounding areas was known for its weaving mills and coal mines and it is dear to my heart.
It will always be that great northern town which represents the old fashioned saying of a ‘welcome in the hill side’.
Years ago in the town of Keighley Yorkshire, where my mother was born, the first local spiritualist church opened up its doors with the same warm greeting to everyone.
Today the doors of many churches are still open and Spiritualist and working Mediums up and down the country are carrying forward positive thoughts for those times when life is hard as jobs are scarce.
Mediums are not miracle workers but they do bring comfort to many people who just want to find out about their relations and friends that have passed over, hoping they can give them back a lifeline of positive thought.
However, as a working medium in Cheshire, I find there is this vast spirit within everyone, each one becoming a family while times are difficult, just as it was years ago.
It is this spirit that helped our ancestors to win wars. Today, we as humans may need private readings that bring comfort from our loved ones; this can help many to continue living with hope while utilising the creative energy within that is required to be constructive and not destructive.
Looking back over our lives and sharing memories with friends and relations that are not physically present can help humans to move forward in their lives.
