When I am asked how I fit meditation and my private readings in Ellesmere Port into my busy life as a working medium, I always say it can be spontaneous or I make space instead of having another cup of tea.
If you are nervous about the rules of mediation, then join a beginner’s course. You can use the time to heal your body, and it can be good for socialising with others, who are probably new too.
If you want to feel in charge of yourself again, then meditation is a starting point.
A medium like myself, offering advice at a private reading about the possibilities that the future holds, is great. However, there has to be in the back of your mind the knowledge that you hold the key as whether you stay positive or slip into the old moods. Meditation is an excellent way to alter your mindset and change your life.
If you wish to book an individual training session, then by all means contact me. It is easier when you are in charge of the type of learning suited to you.
Here is some basic guidance when you begin your tuition in meditation:
• Sit with a straight back
• Do not lie on your bed to meditate
• Do not eat a meal before meditating
• It is not necessary to sit on the floor in a lotus position
• It is fine to sit in a dining room chair if it has a straight back
• If possible, have a shower before you meditate
