Many people are quick to lament when home, emotional or work issues don’t go their way – it’s human nature to do so. When we’re not happy with our lot, we sometimes say that we’re attracting all the bad luck in the world.
We tend to blame our bad luck on the world in general, and in essence feel that it has something against us. In a way it could be true that the world is taking a hand in our destinies; however, it is not solely responsible. The law of magnetism is what attracts positive and negative energy to us that we can make use of has an effect on our lives.
The universe in general will catch what we throw at it and hand it back as an exchange on a daily basis. If you crave success, then try to create an abundance of energy which will act as your calling card to others. It may require a change in how you perceive your own energy, which can raise your vibrations and help you achieve what you set out to do.
If you live your life in a rush without stopping to think, your energy levels will be in turmoil. Take the time to consider what you are thinking and how you are feeling, and what signals you send out to others. When things are getting you down and you feel negative, stop! Take a few minutes to still your mind, and list these thoughts that make you feel negative.
You can combat these by meditating, which can help train your thoughts to recognise positive energy and in turn, attract it. Meditation can be used in the home, in the office or even while sitting on a bus or a train, and can help anyone along on their own personal journey.
