Why meditation is becoming so popular

The world has gone mad. A relaxed way of life seems to have passed by and more and more people are asking questions about meditation.

There is nothing complex about the art of Meditation. Going into a silence once or twice a day or on a daily basis is up to the individual.  The silencing the mind is not just for mediums, physics or monks, it is for all to benefit from.

Meditation actually increases a certain level of concentration, the result being an inner peace that renews and calms both mind and body.

The meditation courses that I as a medium teach in my home are held mainly because I enjoy it and love to see the happy but strange look on my students when they realise that sitting in such silence has a profound and positive effect.

There are occasions when a thstudent has not been able to still their mind one night and e then next time they are so deep in the silence it takes a while for them to realise they have to come back to the present.

The old say ‘Peace of Mind’ come to the forefront as a saying that fits the understanding and peace an individual feels when they realise how effortless it can be to meditate.

I, as a medium in Cheshire who teaches people to meditate, find that it is the same questions which are asked time and again about meditation; therefore I have listed both questions and answers as follows:

(Q) what is the main benefit. (A) Improved concentration.

(Q) Will it stop me from being upset over trifle matters? (A) No, however you will not allow a small upset to magnify itself out of proportion.
