How reiki and spiritual healing with meditation is calming to mind and body

As a practising Reiki Master and Spiritual Healer living in Cheshire, I am often asked about meditation and how can a person fit into a busy lifestyle the time to meditate, especially if they work and have a family home to look after. There is no right or wrong way to meditate and no need for a special room. There are many forms of meditation; some are easier to settle in a daily routine than others. However, choosing to have twenty minutes alone at least two or three times a week is achievable.

The common factor of all meditation is focus and learning how to be still the mind and body, not an easy procedure at first but achievable.

If you are part of a spiritual religion, then you will of course want to stay within the accepted boundaries. Otherwise, there is a freedom that is within reach to try various meditations such as visualisation or healing.

Some meditations are practised in a group meeting, where there will be like-minded people from different walks of life coming together to take part.

A group meditation will be guided and a leader will start off by repeating a mantra. Some leaders will place a candle or an object in the middle of a table for those present to learn how to focus.

A private session at my home for Reiki Healing or Spiritual healing is a way of incorporating stillness of mind and healing of a person’s body, and follow-up meditation in the comfort of your home will help you to cope when any stressful occasions arise.
