Many people are quick to lament when home, emotional or work issues don’t go their way – it’s human nature to do so. When we’re not happy with our lot, we sometimes say that we’re attracting all the bad luck in the world.
We tend to blame our bad luck on the world in general, and in essence feel that it has something against us. In a way it could be true that the world is taking a hand in our destinies; however, it is not solely responsible. As a practising Reiki Master and Spiritual Healer living in Cheshire, I am often asked about meditation and how can a person fit into a busy lifestyle the time to meditate, especially if they work and have a family home to look after. There is no right or wrong way to meditate and no need for a special room. There are many forms of meditation; some are easier to settle in a daily routine than others. However, choosing to have twenty minutes alone at least two or three times a week is achievable.
