Being a trained medium, I sometimes find it difficult to ‘see’ spirit guides; they can hide from me when I ask questions they would rather not answer or if they have to give me information that I need to work out for myself. (more…)
All of the tarot packs that can be obtained show the Ace of Swords with an upright sword and a crown. (more…)
Meditation may conjure up the idea of a person in flowing robes and sitting cross legged on a mat for long hours at a time. This is so far away from the reality of meditation in this modern world. Yes, meditation is connected to a religious philosophy and no one denies that, and we should have respect for that aspect of it. (more…)
If you have ever wondered how Reiki healing works due to the fact that your human eyes can not see any physical changes happening, then read on. There are times when as a little girl (or boy) when you have bent down to pick up a stone that has attracted itself to you by its size, colour or texture, whether it be smooth or rough, long or short. (more…)
I am often approached by telephone and through my Mindenergy website asking for a palm reading or crystal bowl, and what people should do about their problems. I feel as though I have to explain why I do not regard myself as a fortune teller. I am a medium who is able to use the gifts of clairsentience, clairaudience and even clear seeing to give evidence of the after life. (more…)
Tanzanite may mean different things to healers and professional therapists, but each one may be right. When a person comes to me for a private reading of their circumstances and to heal their body, the gem stone Tanzanite is useful. (more…)

There is a great power which is used by many mediums in their work. Spiritual healing can be sent to a patient who has not been well and is unable to travel.
There are so many ways in this modern world that distant healing, or absent healing as it is sometimes referred to, can use to its advantage – the Internet being the main contribution.
Distance healing can be sent to a patient in even in another country, which has in some respects replaced traditional hands on healing. A qualified spiritualist healer and medium can connect and channel the Universal Life Force to the person who is in need of healing.
However, it is essential for me to say that medical problems require the clarification and knowledge from a local doctor. Distance healing is not a replacement for medical advice.
Humans are connected to the same Universal Source Energy; it has been flowing through each and every one of us since the day we were conceived.
When healing takes place, there is an intention sent to balance and adjust the energies that are lacking, boosting the areas of the body that are low. Self healing is another way humans can stay balanced if run down and feeling lethargic.
Spiritual healing with hands on therapy sessions is great and the combination of healing with distance work brings back a positive energy, to a person’s emotional and physical well being.
There are times when medicine, healing and love given to patients by medical doctors their nursing staff, spiritualist healers and close relations are in vain – this is sad but true.
