The connection between a tarot reader and their client is essential for an accurate, meaningful reading.
If the client is receptive and open minded, a psychic reading with a reader of the Tarot can be much more significant and revealing than a mere conversation; where a reader will be receptive and interpret meaning from the pictures of the Tarot, a psychic medium will possess a certain edge.
For example, a medium will be able to use their gift to ‘pick up’ fleeting images. These sometimes resemble a photographic negative, much like the ones you receive along with your holiday snapshots.
These impressions will be given to a client, but sometimes they may not recognise their significance straight away. Later, when recounting their reading to family or friends, they may recognise the connection, and the meaning of their reading becomes apparent to them.
If you want to read Tarot cards yourself, it is important to treat it as way of receiving messages, and not a game. You must also exercise patience; relax, open your mind, and thoughts and sensations will make themselves apparent to you. This will become easier as you learn your craft.
At first, the Tarot can be confusing if you rely upon the information booklet supplied with each pack of cards. In future blogs, I will be looking at the Tarot in more detail, giving basic interpretations and contextualising the Major and Minor Tarot cards.
